Well, apparently, she’s into the Cohen Diet. I know a few people who have gone through this diet and have successfully lost weight. I would, too, especially if I were paying Php50,000 for it. 🙂
Korina says she lost 15 pounds after being in this diet for a month. Here, she gives us a few tips on how to lose weight without having to pay so much.

Hay naku, I want to go on a diet too! I need to lose weight. But as soon as I hear the word diet my mind goes crazy and starts craving for all the food in the world! Plus, Steve doesn’t believe in dieting. Hehe. Is the SBD really effective? Hmm.
