About A Dose of Simple

Hello! I’m Pauline! Welcome to my nesting blog!

A Dose of Simple is about living and enjoying the simple life. It is about down-shifting,  going back to the basics and relishing what’s truly important.

Sunset and dancing grass, captured during the magic hour.

I get a lot of inspiration from other wonderful bloggers.  I use some of their images here and credit them accordingly or link back to their sites.  But if I’ve overlooked something, just give me a holler.:) You are also welcome to borrow my images but please credit Pauline at A Dose of Simple and link back here. Why?  Because it’s the decent thing to do.:)

When I’m not blogging, I work as a creative director for a non-profit media foundation.  I also occasionally write and direct TV shows and give talks on media education and media ethics.

If you haven’t done so yet, LIKE me on Facebook, FOLLOW my boards on Pinterest, FOLLOW me on Instagram or SUBSCRIBE to my feeds to get fresh updates of my posts.  You can also find me at Pinay Traveller where I blog about my travels.  I also publish my photographs here.

If you would like to advertise on A Dose of Simple, ask me to review a product or write a sponsored post, do let me know. Email me at polmangilog@yahoo.com.

  1. Hi Pauline!
i’m interested with you SBD pinoy version, but how can i get the whole prog plan? thanks

    1. Hi Apol! My SBD version is loosely based on the original SBD. I just tweaked the menus in such a way that mine still follows the restrictions. 🙂 I suggest you do the same (if you have the original book, the better!). 🙂

  2. Hi Pauline
You and I think alike 🙂 In a world that moves to fast the best way to be grounded again it to look for simplicity.
I am trying to do this everyday, can be challenging but I must make time. I read an article once where the call this” Wabi Sabi”…..have you hear of this?
